Hire Charges
The room is available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
We charge £22.50 per hour.
Self serve coffee and tea is priced at £2 per person for a half-day session, or £4 per person for a whole-day session. Users may wish to arrange their own lunch time catering with an additional £10.00 housekeeping fee. We can also set up the room for you for £10.
Our hire charges provide funding for our organisation so that we can support visually impaired people in the local community.
